The course will provide the Apprentice with Customer Service skills. It involves units such as: • Communicate using customer service language • Go the extra mile in customer service • Deliver reliable customer service The programme includes the following: • Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (Knowledge - what you will learn in College or from your teacher / assessor). • Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (Competency - what you will be assessed against whilst in the work place). Alongside this you will complete Functional Skills in maths and English at level 1 (If you already have a GCSE taken within the last 5 years you may be exempt from this). All apprenticeships also include Employment Rights and Responsibilities - this will prove that you know and understand the range of employer and employee statutory rights and responsibilities under Employment Law.
