Writing for Wellbeing - Part 1

This course offers the opportunity to use writing as a way of making sense of our experience, and of moving towards a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. The course is designed for adults aged 19 and over. It is suitable for those with no creative writing experience as well as those that have written before.
