ALDD - Cooking with Confidence

Eating a well-balanced diet is an important element for wellbeing - sharing food can be the foundation of great friendships.  Come and learn the pleasures of cooking simple dishes.This course is aimed at adults (age 19 or at the start of the academic year) with mild physical or learning disabilities. Care support is not available through the college but learners may be supported by their own carers, who will be expected to participate in the activities.Enrolment enquiries for Adult LDD courses should be referred to Gloucestershire College Community Administration on 01594 838440.
