The CAD course is designed to meet the needs of local companies and individuals, and provides an introduction to CAD principles, three dimensional modelling strategies, and CAD software operation.You will already have a basic working knowledge of 3D CAD and drawing standards or will have achieved a Level 2 City and Guilds or equivalent. The ability to learn and work independently is essential throughout, as is a home PC with internet access to install and run the SOLIDWORKS 2015 software
