Level 3 is the last part of our series of up to date cake decoration courses.For Level 3, which is a two year programme, you need to have achieved Level 2 with merits and have a positive report from the Level 2 lecturer as to your ability to undertake Level 3.If you have not recently completed your level 2 cake decorating at this college, you will be invited to attend a briefing where you can meet our tutors who will be able to answer any queries you have about the course. You will be asked to bring in a portfolio or pictures of your cake decorating to date. Enrolment on the course will be arranged at the end of the briefing.
