This is part of our series of up to date cake decoration courses which lead from level 1 to level 3For Level 2 you will need to have either passed Level 1 or be able to demonstrate you have the same level of cake decoration skills.If you have not recently completed your level 1 cake decorating at this college, you will be sent a cake decoration course application form and invited to attend a briefing where you can meet our tutor who will be able to answer any queries you have about the course. You will be asked to bring in a portfolio or pictures of your cake decorating to date. Enrolment on the course will be arranged at the end of the briefing.
