The focus of this course is on participation and performance in physical activity as part of a balanced, active and healthy lifestyle. As well as developing your own physical competence, you will be trained to critically evaluate: key factors influencing general involvement in physical activity; the impact that contemporary products have on young people's involvement in physical activity; the impact that consumer focused influences have on young people's involvement in physical activity.
