A flexible course designed to help you develop the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to prepare for an administration role. Study units can be chosen that best fit indvidual needs and levels of achievement. It will provide students with an introduction to the business and administration environment and will give them the opportunity to develop essential knowledge such as: personal responsibilities, working with and supervising others, managing information and producing documents and providing and maintaining administrative services.
