What will I do on this apprenticeship? The four mandatory units develop skills in leadership, innovation, improving organisational performance and health and safety. Other units may include plan, allocate and monitor work in own area of responsibility, conduct a quality audit, manage a budget for own work or activity of work, build support and manage a team, implement change in own area of responsibility. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Business and Management, Higher Level Apprenticeship, Level 5 Business with Management, Foundation Degree run in partnership with the University of the West of England at Weston College and the opportunity to top-up to the BA (Hons).
