What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job. You'll spend your week with your employer, learning about property services as you work. College attendance will only be required if you need to achieve the Functional Skills in Maths or English. You will do a number of qualifications including the NVQ Certificate in Sale or Letting of Residential Property. You will cover a number of units which could include reducing risks to health and safety, understanding professional conduct, organising and performing viewings of property and understanding legal guidelines. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. You will complete workbooks, a Customer Service Technical Certificate, answer written questions and provide work products, case studies and research. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications every 4-6 weeks. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Property Services, Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 Business, BTEC Extended Diploma, Level 3. Job/career opportunities A career in residential property or as a negotiator.
