Beauty Therapy, Intermediate Apprenticeship

What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job - getting paid while you learn from your employer and coming into college for a day a week for practical training, theory and demos and to work in our commercial salon. You will learn the theory and skills of the Level 2 in Beauty. You will also be able to develop other skills such as eye lash extensions, tanning and intimate waxing, and will have the opportunity to enter competitions such as WorldSkills. How will I be assessed? Your personal assessor will visit your salon to review your progress. We will also assess you at our commercial college salon. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Beauty Therapy, Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 Beauty Therapy, VRQ Diploma, Level 3 Study specialist areas like massage, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy or reflexology. Job/career opportunities A career such as junior beautician therapist, or junior nail technician.
