Throughout the course you will study 2 units. The Music Technology element consists of 1 sequenced performance, 1 multi-track recording, 1 arrangement and all work is produced on a CD at the end of the course. The listening and analysing requires students to have knowledge of pop, rock and jazz music from 1920 to present day. The course also contains some aspects of note reading. This course is suitable for students who wish to pursue careers in Studio work, recording and composing music, teaching, performance and many others.
