German

UPDATED 20161028 13:07:59

Students will build upon vocabulary and grammar learnt at GCSE to gradually become more independent and therefore more fluent in German. Students will learn about lots of aspects of daily life in Germany and Austria, such as music, cinema, architecture and current affairs. As confidence increases there will also be the opportunity to study German films and literature in more depth. Any modern language gives an excellent opportunity to become fluent in a language which will in turn lead to greater career opportunities in a wide range of fields.
