Geography is an excellent subject to study as it promotes an understanding of the wider world and how it works. Geography does not lead to one specific job but instead provides students with a wide range of skills suitable to many professions. There are four components: 1. Changing Landscapes and Changing Places 2. Global Systems and Global Governance 3. Contemporary Themes in Geography 4. Independent Investigation based on a fieldwork study. This course is suitable for students who wish to pursue careers in conservation, politics, teaching, law and order, international relations, logistics and many others.
