The course is aimed at those aged 16+ who wish to pursue a career in management or team leading. Team leaders play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, including: monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer service The programme concentrates on key areas of skills and knowledge including leadership, working relationships, allocating and monitoring work, health and safety and personal development.
