The course follows the AQA examining board PE specification and is focused on relating theory to sport and its impact on performance. Theory - 60% covers a range of physiological, psychological and sociological topics relating to active, healthy lifestyles. Practical - 40% fulfilling 2 roles from performer, official, coach. Chosen sport can be in or out of school.
