Course comprised of three components. Component one is Devising and contents include devising an original performance piece, using one key extract from a performance text and a theatre practitioner as stimuli, student and teacher choice of text and practitioner. Component two is Text in Performance with content including a group performance/design realisation of one key extract from a performance text, a monologue or duologue performance/design realisation from one key extract from a different performance text., student and teacher choice of performance texts. Component 3 is Theatre Makers in Practice with sections evaluating a live theatre performance, realising a performance text and interpreting a performance text.
