The course covers European Outlines on Twentieth Century inter-war and Cold War topics and British Outlines. Topics include Henry IV, The Wars of the Roses, Henry VII, Henry VIII, Spanish Civil War, Italian Fascism and Hitler and Germany. Students also cover the specialist topic of Russia 1905 to 1924 and carry out a Personal Investigation on a topic of their own choice.
