This is a one-year course leading to an AS Level. If you do well at AS level you may continue to A2 (A Level) in your second year. You will learn how to apply Maths to make sense of situations in your other AS Levels and the world around you. It will suit students studying for AS/A Levels or vocational qualifications; and others who have enjoyed success in Maths, but who have chosen non-mathematical options for their post-16 courses, and also students in need of mathematical back-up in their main studies.
