The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HND provides greater breadth and specialisation than the Level 4 HNC, and is the equivalent to the 2nd year of a University Degree. The structure of the programme provides an innovative and creative curriculum, covering core areas such as the business environment, business communication and information, marketing and human resources - all fundamental to the success of business organisations. The Business HND gives you two different course pathways to choose from; Marketing, which is studied in Boston and Operational Management, which is studied in Spalding. The course is delivered using a balance between practical and theory. We include e-learning, one-to-one support, individual learning plans, external visits, events and speakers.
