This one-year programme aims to recognize the skills, knowledge and competence required to work unsupervised as a personal trainer. Most of the evidence you generate must be collected in a ‘real' environment with ‘real' people, for example the College's gym and working with staff and athletes attending the College's Sports Academy. This will allow you to develop skills and experience required by employers in the health and fitness industry.
