The course aims to further develop your understanding of the roles and responsibilities of those involved in supporting teaching and learning in schools. It also provides you with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to do this effectively. It is relevant for those who are already employed as a Teaching Assistant, or for those working in a voluntary capacity in a classroom situation or early years setting (with children aged three or above).
