This involves the study of Pure Mathematics and one other application. Two thirds of the course is spent studying pure Mathematics: algebra, trigonometry, graphs, calculus and numerical methods. The remaining third is devoted to the study of applied maths - either Mechanics or Statistics. Assessment is completed through exams.
