You will take part in team building activities and lots of physical training - sport is a significant part of this course. You will find out about the different uniformed services and their recruitment requirements and how to improve your skills to do the job you want. You will be taught by highly qualified tutors who have many years' experience working in and developing excellent links with the services. You will meet sector speakers and go on visits to the Fire Service, Police Service (including HQ, Operations Support and Riot Training), the Army (Look at Life programmes), Royal Marines and Royal Navy.
