If you want to be at the forefront of hospitality management then this degree will equip you with all the managerial tools to adapt to an ever changing business environment as well as giving you an in depth knowledge of the hospitality sector. You will get ahead of the field with your expertise in human resource management, marketing and finance in addition to the more traditional modules in front of house, food and beverage management and event organisation. This degree is based on current trends and developments within this dynamic and expanding service sector industry and enables you to develop knowledge and practical experience in a work based environment. You will be exposed to the most up-to-date and wide ranging industry practice, linked to your own work place or area of interest. In addition to this, personal reflection and critical thinking skills will be encouraged and embedded in the course in relation to practice in a hospitality setting.
