Advanced Certificate in Sports Coaching and Development (Ferguson)

The Sports Coaching and Development course is designed to build your skills and knowledge base in an exciting subject area. It is suitable for learners who have a keen interest in sports coaching or sports development. You will study in both practical and theoretical settings to understand advanced concepts in various aspects of sport. This programme is designed to engage with learners who may be wishing to change their current study programme or who may be looking to return to education. It is a Level 3 qualification where the entry requirements include English and Maths GCSE at grade 4 or above.

Entry requirements

All learners must purchase a kit. The cost of this will be finalised at the start of the course but is expected to be in the region of £60 and will include a hoodie and T-shirts. It will also include gym membership and the end-of-year celebration event.
