The programme provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR as well as an understanding of HR in a business context. It will help you to develop practical, essential HR skills and above all will give you the confidence to be more assertive at work and add value to your function. The Certificates are a competence based qualification which will require you to complete a variety of practical assessments for all of the core and optional units. The CLDP programme will introduce you to a range of practical skills required by proficient trainers such as Learning and Development Advisors, independent trainers and line managers. The Certificate in Learning & Development Practice is a standalone qualification, valid in its own right, which will require you to complete a variety of practical assessments for all of the core and optional units. The Award in HR Essentials follows the HRP pathway undertaking three core units
