BTEC National Extended Certificate - Performing Arts

This qualification is undertaken over two years and allows students to explore the Performing Arts in a broad fashion so they are prepared to go into this chosen field, or others, when they leave their Post-16 Education. The course includes both external and internal assessments and requires students to use a variety of learning skills and presentation styles to meet the demands of the assignments. There are 4 units in total that students need to complete for the Extended Certificate; 3 of which are mandatory, and 2 of which that are externally assessed.
