This programme recognises the explosive growth in communications and the need for IT professionals who can not only specify, design and implement network infrastructure but also implement, manage, support and troubleshoot web based applications. A fundamental part of the programme will be to address genuine problems. This programme incorporates the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) syllabus, which is recognised by employers worldwide. Opportunities will also be available for students to obtain professional advanced qualifications from the British Computer Society.
