Cake Decorating - Princess Cake

You will make a beautiful cake in the style of a Princess by using a doll for the body and creating a skirt from an iced cake. The techniques you will learn can be used to create a variety of different cakes inspired by other Princess characters, but the cake you make in this class will be inspired by a popular Ice Princess! A must for anyone making little girls party cakes. This course is for those who are interested in learning how to advance their cake decorating skills and techniques and make a 'handbag' cake. This course is not suitable for absolute beginners as the class is likely to contain students with a wide range of abilities.
