Sewing - Make a Bag for Life

UPDATED 20161018 12:28:48

On this course you will design and make a 'bag for life' style cotton or linen tote bag. You will learn decorative styles including applique and quilting and useful techniques such as zips, French seams, mitred corners, bias binding and strap making. You could also add a lining or zipped pocket to your bag if you fancy an extra challenge or change the pattern completely to make a zipped wash bag! The class is suitable for beginners and improvers, from those who are completely new to the subject, to those with some experience who want to increase their range of techniques and skills.
