Yoga for Men

By the end of this workshop in Tunbridge Wells you will have be shown ways to reduce back stiffness and improve your posture by using Yoga. All postures can be done seated or standing. The course will introduce students to stretches designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles in your back and shoulders allowing students to release tension and relieve backache - a massage you give yourself! For people of all ages, beginners and those with some experience of Yoga. Pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant. We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to seek advice from their GP before exercising.

Entry requirements

Please bring a non-slip mat intended for Yoga, a blanket and socks for relaxation, a bottle of water. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, you will be asked to exercise in bare feet.
