This course is aimed at photographers who have beginner to intermediate level experience with digital photography. During the course of this 1 day workshop students will be shown how to use the correct settings as well as how to position subjects in order to achieve high quality portraits. There will be the opportunity (weather dependent) to photograph indoors with natural light, an introduction to flash photography and how to photograph people outside. By the end of the course students should have a small collection of pictures that they can take home and use as benchmarks for further improvement., , By the end of this course, you should be able to:, , • Produce a series of portraits, • Use and adjust Aperture settings in order to maximise the effect of Depth of Field, • Frame and compose portraits, , There is no qualification for this course., , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking.
