Ballroom and Latin - Beginners

This eleven week 'Ballroom and Latin - Beginners' course in Sittingbourne will enable you to dance the waltz, quickstep, foxtrot, cha-cha, jive etc. and some other fun dances. , , You will participate in routines and at the end of the course you should be able to: , , - Identify two steps relating to specific routines, - Demonstrate up to four warm up movements, - Recount at least three ways in which exercises can benefit health and wellbeing, - Perform routines independently, , On successful completion of this course students will be able to identify and use specific steps for personal use outside of the class. This course is suitable for beginners or those with only a little prior knowledge. It is not necessary for students to have dancing partners already, although this is beneficial and partners are of course very welcome.
