Sewing Bee - Learn to Sew

This is an introduction course . Students will be learning to use a sewing machine and do some basic hand stitching as they make easy sewing projects which could include bags, pillow or cushion covers, table runners and aprons., By the end of the course you should be able to :-, Be aware of and work to relevant Health and Safety guidelines., Thread up and use a variety of stitches on a sewing machine., Make and press an open seam. , Stitch on a button by hand., Make a button hole., Absolute beginners or those who want to brush up their basic skills and start to sew small craft projects.
