Students will learn how to carve a cake into the shape of a handbag using their own ideas to adapt a basic design and produce their own unique creation. This course is suitable for anyone who has attended the beginners class or has previous experience in sugarcraft including basic cake carving and modelling with sugar and chocolate paste.
