Students will cover: The history of essential oils, uses and applications: eg: Baths, Massages, Compressess, and Steam Inhalations. Which oils are suitable for which common ailments and reasons why not to use (contra-indications). The art of blending, the olfactory system (sense of smell) and how to buy and store oils safely. Anyone thinking of entering the beauty/therapy industry and looking for an insight into this specialised subject. Anyone wishing to learn about essential oils, and how to use them safely within the home on family and friends. Any qualified therapists looking for CPD courses.
