This is an advanced Tai Chi Course for those who have been attending the previous improvers class or those who have experience in Tai Chi. Please be aware that there are differences between teachers of Tai Chi and you may need to speak to our tutor to find the right class for you. Please do be aware that style and conten may vary., , By the end of this course you should be able to:, * Basic understanding of the philosophy and terminology of Tai Chi, * Demonstrate part of the form by following, using correct alignment, * Demonstrate 2 partner exercises (Sticking, Rain Drops, Seaweed), * Demonstrate and explain Tai Chi relaxation methods., , , , , For students who have completed the improvers class or those who have experience in Tai Chi.
