The aim of this one-day course is to enable students to use Photoshop Elements to manipulate transform photos through manipulation using various Photoshop features.solution (image size), compression (JPG quality) and colour, and choose appropriate settings on your camera for different uses. You will need your own camera, the manual and PC connecting lead. We will explore what makes a good picture (principles of composition) and evaluate images accordingly. We will practise downloading images from the camera or card reader to the PC. Please make sure your camera battery is fully charged, and bring a spare fully charged one as well. Adults who want to learn how to use a new digital camera. The course will not include image correction or manipulation (please enquire about other courses that include the basic use of Photoshop. If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person, please ask to speak with the Programme Manager before you enrol.
