You will develop and extend your practice of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Your tutor will explain the benefits and how you can apply them to your daily life through your continued regular practice at home., , , , The following learning objectives are what students should achieve during the course:, , , , Demonstrate and hold advanced postures using correct alignment, , Practice skilled control of breath, , Describe, explain and correct own posture and movement, , Link a number of postures to perform a flowing sequence For people of all ages who have been attending Yoga classes regularly and wish to progress further. Pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant. We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to seek advice from their GP before exercising.
