The Advanced Apprenticeship in Leisure Management is designed for those who are already working in the sector and wish to gain new knowledge and skills to continue their professional development as well as for those who wish to enter the sector in a supervisory/managerial role. As each park is different the qualification offers a wide choice of optional units as well as the core essentials, which include managing health and safety, customer service, team leading and employment rights and responsibilities. All parts of the training are undertaken at the learner's place of work. The assessor/trainer will visit the workplace regularly to carry out the training and to support the learner through the qualifications.
