If you are looking for a higher level career workling with horses, perhaps at supervisor or manager level, this two year course is ideal. Offering the perfect balance between theory and practical based learning, you will gain all the skills you need to enter a variety of careers with in the industry or achieve UCAS points for higher education. British Horse Society training is offered as an integral part of this coruse (exam fees not included). These professional exams ensure you leave the college with internationally recognised qualifications. You will also enjoy a mix of lectures, practical session and work experience on our yard, plus hear expert advice from visiting speakers and take part in visits to equine estabnlishments. There is also a study tour and, where possible, trips to Badminton Horse Trials, Olympia etc. may be arranged (additional costs involved). Work experience is included throughout the progreamme which allows you the chance to gain valuable knowledge within a wide range of specialist work providers. Many students have secured jobs through their work experience.
