The course develops an understanding of ICT systems and the ability to solve a range of problems using application software. Issues and ethical problems associated with computer use will be explored including the effective management of ICT systems in the workplace along with the study of policies and methods for effective management of an ICT system. There is also a coursework project to demonstrate the ability to design and implement a functioning system for a business problem and the opportunity to visit a seminar in London and an ICT manufacturing facility. This course is yet to be finalised for 2017 and is subject to change.
