The course is the AQA A level, covering a range of generally contemporary topics. A broad range of vocabulary and grammatical structures are reinforced. Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be developed using a wide range of resources and a variety of activities. The course is divided into four themes: Theme 1 - Aspects of French-speaking society: Current Trends; Theme 2 - Artistic culture in the French-speaking world; Theme 3 - Aspects of French-speaking society: Current Issues plus the study of Molière's Tartuffe; Theme 4 - Aspects of political life in the French-speaking world.
