Theme 3 develops an understanding of business objectives and strategy, business growth, key decision-making techniques, the influences on business decisions, assessing competitiveness and managing change. Theme 4 develops an understanding of globalisation, the importance of global markets and business expansion, global marketing and global industries and companies (multinational corporations).
