After successful completion of this course you will receive a Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work. The course will equip participants to have the skills and understanding to administer First Aid Care in an emergency situation. It includes dealing with emergencies role of first aider (including record keeping) resuscitation (CPR/AED) managing the unconscious casualty (including seizures) controlling bleeding / shock management and recognising and addressing common causes of illness.
