This qualification is aimed at individuals with a passion for fitness and who wish to design and deliver safe and effective group indoor cycling sessions. It is an ideal add on qualification for qualified fitness instructors. Once qualified an indoor cycling instructor will more than likely have hours that fit into a leisure facility timetable. This means that they will also more than likely charge hourly rates for the classes. The hours will vary hugely on the facility that they work at. For this course you will need to have completed a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) in Gym or Exercise to music before taking this qualification.The units covered are:1. The principles and variables used within a group indoor cycling session5. How to monitor and motivate participants 6. How to use music during group indoor cycling sessions7.
