If you are looking for a job or an Apprenticeship, but just need some work experience, a Traineeshipis the right one for you! A Traineeship is a great way to improve your CV and get that important work experience employers are looking for. A typical Traineeship includes a work placement, which we will help you find and apply for, and awork preparation to make sure you do the best you can while you are on your placement. How long is a Traineeship? The duration of the work placement within a traineeship will be a minimum of 6 weeks and amaximum of 5 months. You will get support to: • Build a high quality CV • Overcome any nerves at interview • Get good quality references • Gain hints and tips on job search techniques • Develop valuable skills employers are looking for • Gain a Functional Skill Qualification in Maths and English at the right level for you (up to level 2), if you do not already have a GCSE A* - C.
