At Maths Entry Level 3, you will build on your existing knowledge in Maths skills to further build your confidence and skills-set. It will also enable you to demonstrate to prospective employers and others that you are competent in using maths effectively. The assessment will evaluate your ability to begin to develop own strategies for solving simple problems, use simple checking procedures and interpret and communicate solutions to practical problems in familiar contexts and situations.
