This level will suit you if you work in a traffic office as a clerk or assistant with duties such as issuing and collecting vehicle keys and routes, monitoring route scheduling and fuel usage and conducting post-journey reports and checks. To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Traffic Office (3438-05), students must complete all 22 credits from the mandatory units. Units include: •Identify suitable collection or delivery points •Routing and scheduling of loads •Monitor vehicle movements •Contribute to the provision of customer service in logistics operations You will also need to complete: Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT Employees Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning and Thinking skills
